On Friday, November 10, MCHS hosted 50 veterans for its annual Veterans Day breakfast and program.
The program included musical selections performed by the MCHS Band and Chorus. The JROTC Cadets conducted the program, along with speakers Major James Taylor, Principal Ray Cooper, and Cadets Julie Cassada, Chauncey Hardrick, Carlos Hernandez, and Wilhemina Vassar.
The guest speaker, Prosperity Police Chief Wesley Palmore, was awarded a special plaque in honor of his service to our country through the United States Army.
Special thanks to Police Chief Palmore, Major Taylor, Sgt. Major Lewis, and the JROTC Cadets for a wonderful program!
